Muqātil ibn Sulaymān ou Moqātel b. Solaymān (en arabe : أبو الحسن مقاتل بن سليمان البلخى, romanisé : Abū-l Ḥassan Muqātil ibn Sulaymān Al-Balkhī), mort en 767, est un exégète (mufassir) du Coran au VIIIe siècle. Il écrit l'un des premiers, si ce n'est le premier, commentaire (tafsīr) complet du Coran.
