Diaphananthe vandiformis (Kraenzl.) Schltr. est une espèce de plantes à fleurs de la famille des Orchidaceae et du genre Diaphananthe. C'est une orchidée décrite pour la première fois par Fritz Kränzlin. Elle est relativement rare, endémique du Cameroun.
