James Stuart Milne (en anglais : ['mɪln], né le 10 octobre 1942 à Invercargill, Nouvelle-Zélande) est un mathématicien néo-zélandais spécialiste de géométrie arithmétique. Il est aujourd'hui professeur émérite à l'Université du Michigan.
