Lycosphingia hamatus est une espèce d'insectes lépidoptères (papillons) de la famille des Sphingidae, la seule du genre Lycosphingia. Le genre a été déclassé au rang de synonyme de Polyptychus par l'entomologiste Jacques Pierre en 2004.
