Clara Margaret Codd (10 octobre 1876 – 3 avril 1971) est une écrivaine britannique, suffragette, féministe socialiste et théosophe. Elle milite dans le mouvement suffragiste Women's Social and Political Union, puis consacre sa vie à la Société théosophique.
