La fondation Friedrich-Ebert (en allemand Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung abrégée en FES) est une fondation proche du SPD, le parti social-démocrate allemand. Créée en Allemagne en 1925, elle est la plus importante et la plus ancienne fondation associée à un parti politique en Allemagne. Son siège est à Bonn et elle a des bureaux à Berlin et, depuis 1973, à Bruxelles où elle est considérée comme un think-tank dans l'Union européenne.
