Le VSS Enterprise (Virgin Space Ship Enterprise, Numéro d'immatriculation: N339SS) est le premier avion spatial de type SpaceShipTwo construit par Scaled Composites pour Virgin Galactic. Il s'agit d'une évolution à vocation commerciale du SpaceShipOne qui avait remporté l'Ansari X Prize en 2004. Le nom VSS Enterprise est un clin d'œil à l'USS Enterprise de la série télévisée Star Trek.
